This project is owned by Koske (Competence Centre for Highly Educated Immigrants of Espoo) who provides services for highly educated internationals in Finland who are looking for jobs in Finland. This is a project collaboration between the
"Designing for Service" course at Aalto University and the City of Espoo.
As a team of four, we developed a transformative tool called "SET-framework" that serves as a self-reflection mechanism, fostering nuanced communication between public service providers and clients by sparking an understanding of different needs that support job hunting.
